Services: The McNairy County Health Department provides a full array of preventive health services including Immunizations, WIC, Well Child Exams, Communicable Disease Control, Family Planning, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Restaurant Inspections and Case Management Services for children with physical disabilities. The Health Department also provides primary health care services to adults aged 19-64 who are uninsured.
